This small-group, facilitated session focuses on contraception in the context of perimenopause, where patient needs are often more complex and evolving.

Using deidentified cases, you’ll work through real-world scenarios to strengthen your clinical reasoning and build confidence in making safe, appropriate prescribing decisions.

The session covers risk considerations, changing patient factors, and how to guide patients through suitable options, with a strong focus on practical decision making and patient-centred care.

With a maximum of 10 participants, this format allows for meaningful discussion, feedback, and reflection on your own approach.

You’ll be expected to actively participate and engage in case-based discussion throughout the session.
