Multiple Comorbidities (Older Patient)

This small-group, case-based session is designed to help you manage the complexity of older patients with multiple conditions.

Working through deidentified real-world cases, you’ll focus on clinical prioritisation, polypharmacy, and risk management in situations where there is no single clear answer. The session is built to reflect the reality of practice, where guidelines don’t always neatly apply.

You’ll develop a more structured approach to decision making, balancing competing risks and making practical, patient-centred choices.

With a maximum of 10 participants, this format allows for deeper discussion, reflection, and shared perspectives from other clinicians.

This is an active session where participation and discussion are expected.

This is not a passive session. You’ll be expected to engage, contribute, and apply your thinking throughout.
